To provide our services, we use secure third-party providers:

• Fillout: Used to collect event registration and contact information.

• Airtable: Used as our secure database to store member and event information.

• Google Sites: Used to host and display our website content.

All data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR. These providers are only used to facilitate the functions of the Circle and do not have permission to use your data for their own marketing.

4. How will we use the information? 

We collect information about you to process your membership inquiry or manage your event attendance. We may share relevant details (such as names for a guest list) with the Province or the National Association if required for Association business. We will never share your information with outside marketing companies.

• Contractual: To manage your registration for specific events.

Information provided via the contact form is kept only as long as necessary to answer your inquiry. Event data is deleted shortly after the event has concluded, unless you are a member of the Association.
